I joined Pam Golding Properties in 1998 and received recognition as Rookie of the Year in 1999. I achieved Gold Club status in May of 2000. This is awarded to their top agents who have achieved a consistently high level of service. "They have contributed an outstanding effort to real estate far greater than the accepted norm and shown the utmost pride in their profession resulting in sales worth millions of Rands in a specific time period," so says the certificate.

In 2001 I left the PGP group and took a year ‘out of sales’ of residential property, in which I wrote a manuscript entitled, ‘A Guide to buying or selling a house in South Africa.’ This was submitted to a number of publishers and New Africa Books, an imprint of Spearhead, published the first press of 2000 copies, which sold out and a second press was printed. Although the CNA and Exclusive Books do not have editions on their shelves, it is still available on the WWW.

2002 saw the opening of Jill Fish Properties at 57a Jarvis Rd. Berea, East London and recognition came in 2003 when the business became a finalist in the Business Women’s Association regional achiever awards.

However, perhaps the best way in which to convey how I feel about my business is showcased by my motto which is:
"Guided By Conscience"
